The development of information technology is driving universities to adopt online learning systems, one of which is through a Learning Management System (LMS). This study aims to evaluate student acceptance of LMS using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. The main variables used are Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) as factors influencing students' Behavioral Intention (BI) to use the LMS, with the addition of the User Satisfaction (US) variable to enrich the analysis. The research method employs a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to students at Almarisah Madani University as respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to test the relationships between variables. The research results indicate that PU and PEOU significantly influence BI, and user satisfaction (US) further strengthens students' intention to utilize the LMS. This finding contributes academically to the development of the TAM model by adding the US variable, and practically by providing input for campus administrators to improve the quality of LMS services.
